Meet the Owners
New York native Kristen Cumiskey began her hospitality journey at the young age of 16. She worked as a bridal attendant at a prestige banquet hall on Long Island having the responsibility of taking care of the bride, groom, and their close friends and family. After graduating high school in 2001, she moved to St. Augustine to attend Flagler College, where she obtained a bachelor degree in Public Administration. During that time, Kristen began working at a local seafood restaurant waiting tables and bartending. It was there she met her business partner Alicia, and learned they made a great team. She loved what she did, but wanted to utilize her business education without having to sit behind a desk all day. While planning her own wedding at The River House, her passion for the wedding industry grew. Talking with Alicia, they realized there was a dire need for a bartending service in town. Shortly after, The Perfect Pour was created and became the first ever mobile bartending company in St. Augustine. In 2021, Kristen was given the opportunity to take on the role as Event Manager for Tringali Barn at Heritage Farms. Her husband Owen joined her in 2022 as the Property Manager. When she isn’t working behind a bar or managing the barn, you will find her cheering on her daughter Claire at dance competitions.
Alicia Lane was raised in sunny Florida. Growing up, her parents owned and operated numerous restaurants and bars. She grew up in the industry with a great understanding of how to cater to customers while excelling in customer service. Unsure of what she wanted to do for a career, Alicia enrolled in The University of North Florida where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. After College, it was time for the real world. Alicia wanted to take her education and combine it with the experience she had in the service industry. The Perfect Pour was created shortly after. On her days off, Alicia can be found outside somewhere enjoying the day with her family.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING-AMAZING!!! What a duo! Price was awesome for a two-woman team that rocked it all night at a 130 guest cocktail pre-wedding party after our son's rehearsal dinner. Everyone commented on fun, energetic, quick service, and how they hoped they were working "the wedding" the next day. At my family's begging, as it was a destination wedding with a lot going on, I caved at the last minute and hired Alicia, at the Perfect Pour, and they transformed our event! Thank you so much, ladies!

Book the perfect pour NOW! We served 2 signature cocktails at our wedding, espresso martinis and spicy pineapple margaritas and the perfect pour did AMAZING! Our signature drinks seriously tasted like $15 craft cocktails you get in a fancy restaurant. The perfect pour created a jalapeño infused simple syrup for our margs that was out of this world and they made everything extra by salting the rims of the glasses with a cute little tajin mix and even provided espresso beans to garnish the martinis and jalapeños to garnish the margs. They passed welcome champagne to our guests as they entered our ceremony and were all around awesome alllllll night. All of this sounds super extra but the perfect pour was so reasonably priced it’s hard to believe we got all of that in our package. Amazing!!!

We were very fortunate to have Perfect Pour at our wedding at the Fountain of Youth. Kristen explained exactly what we needed to purchase. Make sure you listen to her advice! The bartenders were on-time, professional, friendly, and fast. We had a full bar and his and hers drinks. The bartenders had the drinks ready so there was no line and our guests could spend time having fun instead of waiting. We wouldn't change a single thing. We highly recommend Perfect Pour!
